Annual Salute to the Troops

The Puyallup-Sumner sub chapter of the Association of the United States Army, Captain Meriwether Lewis Chapter, organized a celebration and show of support to our men and women in the US Army and their families.

Families of those in-service work hard to support the troops in their lives. The hard work and sacrifices made functioning while a key component to their family so bravely serves our country is undeniable.

Free food, beverages, games prizes and even a 3 on 3 basketball tournament were just the beginning of fun things to do and try out during the festivities!

Held Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Pioneer Park Pavilion in Puyallup, Washington, the festivities even had military vehicles for taking pictures in, and uniformed troops were on stand-by…happy to answer questions.

There was even a bumper ball track present for racing your friends!
