17th Annual Bridge Lighting Exceeds Attendance Estimates

This year's Bridge Lighting in Sumner was even more successful than anticipated.  After shopping the sales, thousands turned out on the cold sunny day after Thanksgiving to kick off the holidays at the Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse.  Almost thirty vendors joined the fun at the Cannery to welcome visitors, enjoy the Christmas music and meet Santa Al.

Many thanks to Sunset Chevrolet and Columbia Bank who sponsored the fireworks that entertained the community for about 10 minutes after the bridge was lit at 5:00pm.  Another great event at the Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse and another great example of our local businesses giving back to the community.
