Brothers Grimm a Hilarious Success

Once again Act 1 Theater has brought together local performers and resources to create a hilarious show for our community.  The fast paced program had audience members laughing and echoing various lines of the performers.  If you have not had a chance to attend one of their shows, plan a fun family evening out together and support one of our local members.  You'll be glad you did.

  1. We are regular supports of ACT 1 and were at the VIP presentation of the Brothers Grimm...The imagination, the performance and the closing act left us with our sides splitting...such a
"Wondrous" group of talented Young people...we need to nurture this spirit in schools and our community...these are our future EntreLeaders, Entrepreneurs and Business owners. We do not have enough creativity being taught in our schools..ACT 1 is helping Bridge the Gap...Everyone should watch Sir Ken Robinson speak of the importance of this "The Arts" in his Ted.com Talk This is a moving talk...http://bit.ly/1dQ0aCK

  2. Wow, Brian! What a great review and couldn't agree with you more. The arts are so important to Quality of Life in our communities, both for the performers and the audience who purposefully supports it. Puyallup and Sumner are great places to live and raise families because of the dedication of both communities to support the arts in a myriad of ways, i.e., free concerts in the parks, arts downtown, NW Sinfonietta, annual event performances, and best of all, merchants and business owners who incorporate these local talents as part of their marketing promotions. It's all part of a great community recipe for success and one of the reasons I continue to love my job. Thanks for writing such positive words of encouragement. P.S. Loved your "Bridge the Gap" comment. Made me smile.
